Nurturing Healthy Brains & Happy Hearts Through Sleep
Ready to Sleep Through the Night
You're in a vicious cycle. Your child won't sleep. You're up all night. It's gotten so you dread falling asleep, knowing you'll be awoken soon. And, it's taking a toll on you. You have no time to yourself or to reconnect with the people and things you love.
But you're worried. What if your child is hungry or needs connection? You've heard all the advice from closing the door and letting them cry to waiting until they grow out of it. It's conflicting and confusing.
You want a solution that gets to the heart of the problem and leads to lasting change. And, you want to make sure that your child feels loved through the process. The stakes are high, this is your child after all. I get it.
aka "The Sleep Fairy"
The exhaustion you’re feeling from the cycle of sleepless nights may be affecting your ability to care for yourself, your focus and productivity and your relationships with the people you love the most.
Imagine, if you were able to help your child sleep through the night you'd have more time for yourself, more energy, clarity and focus.
You’d be empowered to be proactive versus reactive to your child.
Your relationship with yourself, your child and those you hold most dear would strengthen.
Most parents in your situation come to me for help feeling as though they tried everything from reward charts to punishments to any number of suggestions from friends or pediatricians. However, nearly all sleep solutions target the behavior not the underlying need. As a result, many of those recommendations simply won’t work. Sadly, some actually make things worse.
The strategies that I share with my clients are rooted in the understanding that a healthy connection and loving communication and boundaries create a sense of emotional safety and security, building not only healthy sleep, but healthy relationships.
