I’ll explain WHY your child is behaving as they are and WHAT you can do to support them AND get better sleep. This whole-child perspective will lead you through the process of building a roadmap to the end destination: a happy, well-rested child.
The masterclass is offered as a LIVE two-hour workshop via Zoom. Additionally, you'll get access to a learning portal that includes videos, downloadable tools and sleep knowledge to guide you as you build your blueprint to sleeping through the night.
For parent interested in additional support during implementation of the sleep plan, I offer four (4) live one-hour Q&A strategy sessions via Zoom in the two-weeks immediately following the course for an additional fee of $195.

As long as both parents are in agreement about the problem and willing to work together on a solution, I generally find that it works well for one parent to take the lead and attend the group sessions. Both parents or caregivers are certainly welcome!
Remarkably, most children respond well to the protocols because we are able to meet their underlying needs. Therefore, many times progress in noted within the first week. In cases where parents choose a more gradual approach it can take longer to see results, however they are expected during the two week period of this course.
